A WA Licensed Agent will accompany any & all visitors to the property.
NO KEYS PASSED OUT!
We will require a 20 day Notice from the tenant if vacating to make sure we give you the “heads up”.
All tenants will be screened thoroughly!
We will personally screen each applicant over the age of 18 for a national credit/criminal/background check, also including a national search of identity proof, employment proof and rental history.
Applicants pay for background checks BUT….
We offer discounts to military members and spouses!!
Extensive Inspections!
Inspections are done by a licensed agent during initial “take-in”, “move-in” (prior to any tenants moving in) as well as quarterly inspections and also a “move-out” inspection done by tenants AND an agent. Prior to the security deposit being returned.
Keep them around!
We want to keep your house occupied by those great tenants as long as possible! We offer a one year lease following a lease extension. Within 30 days of their lease ending we contact you to confirm you want to “keep them around” and send out a lease extension signing for another year! We also give them a month to month option. We work with you and the tenant to keep everyone happy and the funds flowing!
Keeping you in the Loop
It’s our attention to detail and promise to you that “your home” is “our home”. We carefully screen your tenants at no cost to you. Upon approval, it’s our goal to get that ball rolling. The home is cleaned and the lease is typed. No worries though because while all this is going on we will contact you personally to let you know the good news! “We have approved a renter for your home and they will be signing their lease with a security deposit of $$$$ and a monthly rental amount that we agreed upon.” That’s not enough though!! We will send out a monthly statement of all monetary and maintenance information to your personal address or email.
